Making pancakes.

Personally, pancakes have always been my go to quick meal and it this chapter of our blog we will talk about how to make this easy do it at home recipe that doesn't require much expertise or ingredients in that order.

Ingredients.

  1. a cup of flour.
  2. 2 eggs
  3. a cup of milk
  4. spoon of butter
  5. pinch of salt
  6. a cup and a half of sugar
  7. half a spoon of vanilla extract 
  8. Blueberries or your favorite fruit.
  9. yeast

Preparation.

  • Add all the dry ingredients in one bowl ie, Flour, sugar, salt and yeast then let it be.
  • Add all the other ingredients in another bowl, milk, eggs, vanilla, and butter.
  • Proceed to pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ones.
  • whisk both the ingredients until really smooth.
  • Heat the pan and add butter.
  • Then add some of the mixture, wait a minute then flip.
  • Continue till golden and the mixture is done.
  • Serve with syrup, chocolate and the blueberries or any other fruit you choose.
