Dessert first, please!

If there is one thing the year 2021 has taught us is to live in the moment and nurture our bodies to satisfaction.
One more thing that the year has given us is a whole lotta time on our hands, people have been sprung into believing cereal is the order of the day, well I say we could do more.
Remember how I talked about nurturing your body in the first paragraph, you have to love it too. This means feeding your body good balanced food.
I will then interest you with some simple dessert recipes to make at home to be devoured after that lunch or dinner and since it is the pandemic you could have a food come without worry.
There is no other way to health but also sweet than the fruit way.
Fruit Bowl:
Gather all the fruits you have in your possession and chop them into bite size portions mix them all in a bowl, add your favorite yoghurt to the mixture and keep refrigerated, after your meal have some of that heaven.
In these trying times of the pandemic most of us are stuck at home with family and are running out of new things to try in the kitchen, try this,
Chocolate Charcuterie:
This is a new trend, it consists of mainly decorating a board or plate with food that go together.
For our board though we will be working with chocolate, there is a wide range of different chocolates. If we are to be doing a family charcuterie dessert board, then we will make sure to include everyone's favorite candy and chocolate, a range of sweets from marshmallows to salted sticks. You can use the picture in the presented as reference on how to organize.
These small examples of what to do with what has been in your drawers and fridge will help you be happy with a full stomach. The best happiness is with family.
